Boat Tours ARTINA d.o.o.

1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions regulate the use and provision of boat tour services, boat rentals, and transfers provided by Boat Tours ARTINA d.o.o., based in Dubrovnik, Croatia (hereinafter: “the Service Provider”).

By using our services, the customer accepts these Terms in full.

2. Services Offered

  • Panoramic boat tours (approx. 45 minutes)
  • Sunset cruises
  • Transfers to Sv. Jakov Beach
  • Private boat rentals with skipper
  • Excursions to the Elaphite Islands
  • Semi-submarine rides

Prices include a skipper and fuel. Life jackets for children are available on all tours.

3. Booking and Payment

Reservations can be made via:

  • our website,
  • phone,
  • or email.

All services must be paid in full in advance, either online or at our stand at the port before boarding. For larger reservations, partial prepayment may be arranged individually via email or phone.

We accept card payments at our stand using a POS terminal.

4. Arrival and Duration

Please arrive at the departure point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure.
In case of late arrival, the tour may start without the customer.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The customer may cancel:

  • panoramic tours up to 1 hour before departure,
  • private boat rentals up to 1 day before the scheduled time.

No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g. serious illness, family emergency).

In case of bad weather or safety concerns, the customer is entitled to:

  • a full refund,
  • or rescheduling the tour to another available time.

6. Safety and Liability

  • All passengers are covered by insurance during the service.
  • Passengers must follow all instructions from the crew, especially safety-related directions.
  • Children must wear life jackets during the ride (provided by us).

The Service Provider is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour.

7. Complaints

In accordance with Croatian consumer protection laws, complaints may be submitted in writing to:

We will respond within 15 days of receiving the complaint.

8. Privacy Policy

Boat Tours ARTINA d.o.o. collects and processes customers’ personal data (name, contact info, group size, etc.) solely for the purpose of providing the booked services.

Data is stored for a maximum of 1 year and will not be shared with third parties.
Customers have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable law and the GDPR.

9. Final Notes

These Terms & Conditions are available on our website and are valid from the moment of publication.
Boat Tours ARTINA d.o.o. reserves the right to update the Terms, with changes being published on the official website.
